A few things to know.
What changes with the tradition I choose?
Both choices shape your symbol and frame the full reflection. The I Ching lens attends to change, movement and timing; the Hetu–Luoshu lens to relationships, arrangement and balance. These are related traditions interpreted by the studio today, and they may share classical lines.
Does the moment I submit matter?
Yes. The server records the arrival of a new submission to the millisecond and uses that moment together with your place and feelings. Day and hour stems and branches follow the selected local time zone. New moments can bring new symbols; motifs or classical lines may recur. Reopening a saved reading keeps its original moment and result.
How does the daily limit work?
Single purchases and membership unlocks share a limit of 10 readings per account per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Reopening a reading does not count again. A single checkout reserves a slot; cancelling from PayPal releases it. The allowance is checked again before capture on another day.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
Monthly membership renews at $68 USD per month; annual membership at $680 USD per year. Cancel future renewal in your member room or PayPal and retain your paid period. The $1 unlock does not renew. Contact the studio about incorrect charges or access problems.
How is the annual tea set arranged?
Annual membership includes one personalized tea set. Share your birth month and year, gender (optional), occupation, favourite colour and destination. We agree the design and shipping quote with you before production. Worldwide delivery, shipping extra. Timing varies by destination. View progress or send an enquiry from your member room.
Are purchases refundable?
All sales are final. We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind, an interpretation that does not meet your expectations, or unused membership. Cancelling renewal stops future charges and does not refund the current paid period. This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or PayPal’s dispute and buyer-protection procedures.
Full payment termsPrivacy and your saved readings
We store your submitted moment, rune, account email and purchase records to provide readings and restore access. Weather is supplied by you. Optional daylight uses your device location only after you choose to allow it; rounded coordinates stay in this page and are not sent to the studio or saved. PayPal handles payment details. Tea preferences support design and delivery. Email reminders are opt-in. Contact the studio to request deletion of personal data; necessary transaction records may be retained.

Protection of minors
Personalised generation, accounts and paid plans are for adults aged 18 or over who can enter a contract where they live. Under-18s should not submit personal information or make purchases.

The 18+ threshold is our service policy. The confirmation before generation and checkout is a self-declaration, not identity verification. Minors should not use another person’s account or payment method to bypass it. Guardians should not submit a child’s birth details, address, mood or health information.
If a guardian discovers a minor’s submitted data, account use or an unauthorised payment, contact us through the email link below. We will review the report and, as required by applicable law, restrict the relevant processing, remove data or address the transaction dispute. Legally required records may need to be retained.
