Adult eligibility

Personalised services and purchases are for adults aged 18 or over who can enter a contract where they live. Generation and checkout require your own confirmation of eligibility; this does not verify your identity.

Final sales

All sales are final. We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind, an interpretation that does not meet your expectations, or unused membership. Cancelling renewal stops future charges and does not refund the current paid period. This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or PayPal’s dispute and buyer-protection procedures.

Price, access and renewal

One reading: $1 USD, no renewal. Monthly membership: $68 USD each month. Annual membership: $680 USD each year. Memberships automatically renew until cancelled in the member room or PayPal. Access continues through the paid period after cancellation.

All accounts share a maximum of ten new complete readings per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Reopening already unlocked readings does not use another allowance. A checkout temporarily reserves a slot. Payment must be confirmed by PayPal before content is unlocked.

Annual tea set

One personalized tea set is included with an annual membership. Worldwide shipping is charged separately. Design and shipping costs are agreed before production. Delivery timing depends on destination; progress and enquiries are available in the member room.

Immediate digital access

Checkout asks you to request immediate access to digital content and, where applicable, acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right for digital content once delivery begins. Mandatory rights concerning defective content, incorrect charges or undelivered goods remain unaffected.
